FIS is seeking a Product Technical Support Analyst in Manila. The role provides functional and technical support for investment accounting applications, ensuring smooth daily operations and rapid issue resolution. You will troubleshoot, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal and client teams.

The position suits finance/accounting or fintech professionals who enjoy problem solving and client engagement, with a hybrid work schedule (three days in-office, two days remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT or related field.
• Experience in application/production support, client services, or similar.
• Knowledge of investment accounting and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for investment accounting applications.
• Perform issue triage, troubleshooting, log analysis, and recreate scenarios.
• Manage daily production support including IAM BAU tickets and queries.
• Monitor batch processes and coordinate fixes with internal teams.
• Document recurring issues and support knowledge management.
