Job summary

FIS Global Solutions Philippines is seeking a Customer Support professional to assist banking clients, resolving inquiries and guiding users through our software solutions.

The role blends in-office and remote work in a hybrid setup, with a night shift to align with U.S. banking hours. You will collaborate with bankers and product teams to deliver high-quality service and drive client success.

Qualifications

• Has prior US banking or finance experience and understands banking products and customer lifecycles.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to resolve inquiries effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues including financial transactions, operational controls, and compliance.
• Provide expert, in-depth product support to customers.
• Recreate client issues in FIS test environments to identify solutions.
• Ask probing questions to anticipate client goals and next steps.
• Troubleshoot software applications and recommend corrective actions.
• Document customer information and recurring issues to improve product quality; escalate when needed.
• Interface with internal teams to resolve problems and communicate resolutions to management.
• Contribute to documenting policies and participate in cross-functional teams.
