Job summary

FIS is seeking a Product Technical Support Analyst in the Metro Manila area. You will provide functional and technical support for investment accounting applications, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and support production activities while collaborating with internal and client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience in application or production support, client services.
• Knowledge of financial services and investment accounting.
• Excellent English communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support on the IAM platform, resolving client queries with high-quality responses.
• Perform issue triage, troubleshooting, log analysis, and recreate client scenarios in test environments.
• Manage daily production support including IAM BAU tickets and system issues.
• Monitor batch processes and coordinate fixes with internal teams.
• Understand client setups and multi-account configurations; document recurring issues and fixes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
• Engage client teams for testing, UAT, and alignment discussions.
• Escalate major incidents and prepare RCA notes per governance and SLA.
