Job summary

FIS - Fidelity Information Services in Makati- Manila is seeking a Product Technical Support specialist to deliver in-depth product assistance for the Trading Suite. You will handle inquiries from APAC clients, troubleshoot, document, and reproduce issues in test environments, contributing to product quality and development.

Join a hybrid team with three days in-office and two days remote, supporting trading processes across Buy/Sell sides and exchanges.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of combined experience in application or software support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication
• Experience or familiarity with trading environments and platforms is preferred.
• Solid understanding of trading processes and financial services industry.
• Proficient in English with the ability to work independently and manage time.
• Familiarity with Valdi (FIS Trading Suite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues related to installation, operation, maintenance or product application.
• Provide in-depth product support and research client issues for the FIS Trading Suite.
• Troubleshoot equipment or software problems and propose corrective actions.
• Document client information and recurring issues to improve quality programs.
• Recreate client issues in test environments and map system interactions for business processes.
• Address installation, operation, maintenance, or compatibility concerns and related duties.
