Liberty Commercial Center Inc. is seeking an Inventory Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and team supervision.
You will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards. Responsibilities include cycle counts, physical audits, inventory discrepancy resolution, and maintenance of precise records in WMS/ERP systems.

The Inventory Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, stock control, and team supervision. This role ensures efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems
Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials
Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams
Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff
Assign daily tasks and manage work schedules
Enforce company policies, procedures, and performance standards
Promote a positive, disciplined, and productive work environment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
Conduct safety briefings and enforce use of PPE
Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S standards)
Report and investigate incidents or damages
Prepare inventory and operational reports
Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shrinkage
Support audits and management reviews
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
3–5 years of warehouse or inventory management experience
Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of inventory control practices
Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and MS Excel
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards
