Job summary

TOJ FOOD CORPORATION is seeking an Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator to monitor inventory levels across all storage locations, including cold storage. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with Purchasing to prevent shortages.

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential. The role also covers reconciliation of physical counts with system balances, preparation of adjustments, and ensuring accurate inventory cutoffs for financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory and warehousing.
• Experience in manufacturing or food industry preferred.
• Proven track record in supplier management, warehousing management and distribution.
• Strong leadership skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels across all storage locations (dry and cold).
• Conduct weekly cycle counts for cold items and month-end inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate stock replenishment with Purchasing to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Record inventory using Google Sheets and reconcile transactions monthly.
• Support inbound/outbound warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory

• -Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels across all storage locations both dry and cold.
• -Conduct weekly cycle count counts for the cold items
• -Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances.
• -Ensure proper labeling , tracking and documentation of all inventory.
• -Coordinate stock replenish to Purchasing Supervisor to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• -Assist in maintaining inventory records using google sheet.
• -Assist in reviewing inventory records and reconcile transactions for the month.
• -Coordinate cut-off times with warehouse, production and purchasing teams.
• -Conduct month-end physical inventory counts or scheduled cycle counts.

Reconciliation & adjustments

• -Compare physical counts to system inventory balances.
• -Investigate discrepancies caused by errors, damage, loss or timing issues
• -Assist in preparation and post inventory adjustments with proper authorization
• -Maintain accurate inventory cutoff for financial reporting.

Warehouse Operations

• -Assist in daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing , picking, packing and shipping.
• -Ensure materials are stored safely and efficiently to maximize space.
• -Coordinate Inbound and Outbound shipments to meet deadlines.
• -Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• -Assist in warehouse-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related business administration courses.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain management,inventory and warehousing.
• Experience in operational environments such as manufacturing or food industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in supplier management, warehousing management, and distribution.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
