Responsibilities

• Assist the Inventory Head in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points to ensure product availability without overstocking.
• Participating in or leading routine physical counts and resolving any variances.
• Support the Inventory Head in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound and Supplies Department to manage inventory flow.
• Track inventory performance metrics such as stock turnover, shrinkage, and order accuracy.
• Supervise and train warehouse/inventory staff as needed.
• Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
