Job summary

Dexterton Corporation is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support warehouse operations in Metro Manila. You will verify inbound and outbound goods, maintain stock records, and assist in cycle counts.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse/inventory roles, familiarity with WMS and barcode scanning, and strong attention to detail. You will collaborate with logistics teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college education is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
• Experience in stock checking, inventory management, and warehouse documentation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning tools.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing goods for quantity, quality, and accuracy.
• Check products against delivery receipts, purchase orders, invoices, and system records.
• Identify discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages and report findings to supervisors.
• Ensure all items are correctly labeled, packed, and documented before dispatch.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and support cycle counting activities.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve stock discrepancies.
• Assist in receiving, unloading, and storage verification of incoming shipments.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report stock variances.
• Support warehouse audits and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Prepare reports related to inventory accuracy and warehouse performance.
