Overview
Responsible for the overall supervision and implementation of warehouse plans, systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Organize, facilitate, and manage stock, maintain inventory levels, and record warehouse information at regular intervals.
Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse data system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy and prepare warehouse inventory weekly reports (Actual vs Data System).
Record all warehouse data and prepares weekly and monthly warehouse status report.
To establish and execute cycle count schedule in compliance with the corporate accounting objective and to coordinate and oversee the daily cycle counts of the various inventory assets.
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Track the variances in the inventory, to facilitate better planning as well as interpret variances and correct the problems that have come up.
Ensure that all the employees work towards achieving the objectives related to inventory control management and make suggestions for improvement to the management.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate of at least a 4-year course, preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering, or an equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role and 3 years of in Warehousing or Inventory Management
