Medethix Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Controller to oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate documentation, movement, and delivery of goods. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Sales, Imports, Finance, and Regulatory teams to maintain efficient operations.
Responsibilities include planning and coordinating logistics, monitoring equipment, resolving shipment issues, improving processes, and preparing monthly performance reports.
The Warehouse Inventory Controller is responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring the accurate and timely documentation, movement, and delivery of incoming and outgoing goods. The role works closely with the Warehouse Manager, Sales, Imports, Finance, and Regulatory teams to maintain efficient warehouse operations and address delivery and logistics concerns.
The position also supports the continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes, monitors the utilization and maintenance of delivery and warehouse equipment, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Plan and coordinate warehouse logistics, transportation, and internal customer service activities.
Coordinate with the Sales and Imports teams regarding incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Monitor and optimize the utilization of company delivery vehicles and coordinate with third-party logistics providers when necessary.
Monitor the maintenance and availability of trucks, forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment to minimize operational downtime.
Resolve shipment and delivery issues and elevate concerns with appropriate recommendations.
Develop, improve, and implement warehouse and logistics processes.
Analyze operational activities and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Prepare monthly reports for the Warehouse Manager regarding operational performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure proper and timely documentation of incoming and outgoing goods.
Ensure that warehouse personnel comply with safety standards, company policies, regulations, and applicable laws.
Coordinate with third-party suppliers, warehouse lessors, and logistics partners as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
With relevant experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of fleet and warehouse equipment management is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively with different departments and external partners.
Willing to work in a warehouse environment.
