The Inventory Clerk is responsible for monitoring and maintaining stock levels of finished goods to support sales operations. This role ensures accurate inventory records, assists in stock allocation for customer orders, and coordinates with the sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Track and update inventory levels of finished goods to ensure product availability.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
Identify and report low-stock or overstock situations to sales and management.

Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Assist in conducting stock audits and variance analysis.
Ensure proper allocation of stock based on customer orders and priority levels.
Address any inventory-related issues that could impact sales and order fulfillment.
Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and damaged goods reports.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures for inventory management.
Use inventory management software (ERP, SAP, or Excel) for tracking and reporting.
Suggest improvements in stock management and sales inventory processes.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
1-3 years of experience in inventory management, sales support, or supply chain (experience in food manufacturing is a plus).
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple teams.
