Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, sales support, or supply chain (food manufacturing is a plus).
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain stock levels of finished goods and ensure product availability.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and prepare routine reports.
• Assist in order fulfillment, stock allocation for customer orders, and handling returns/exchanges.
• Follow SOPs and use ERP/SAP/Excel for tracking and reporting.

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for monitoring and maintaining stock levels of finished goods to support sales operations. This role ensures accurate inventory records, assists in stock allocation for customer orders, and coordinates with the sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Monitoring & Stock Management

• Track and update inventory levels of finished goods to ensure product availability.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.

• Identify and report low-stock or overstock situations to sales and management.

2. Coordination with Sales & Logistics Teams

• Track and update inventory levels of finished goods to ensure product availability.

3. Inventory Recording & Reporting

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Assist in conducting stock audits and variance analysis.

4. Order Fulfilment & Customer Support

• Ensure proper allocation of stock based on customer orders and priority levels.

• Address any inventory-related issues that could impact sales and order fulfillment.

• Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and damaged goods reports.

5. Compliance & System Management

• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures for inventory management.

• Use inventory management software (ERP, SAP, or Excel) for tracking and reporting.

• Suggest improvements in stock management and sales inventory processes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, sales support, or supply chain (experience in food manufacturing is a plus).
