Responsibilities

• Create articles, POs, and PIRs in SAP, including batch-managed articles.
• Maintain and update sales prices in the system.
• Process and monitor stock movements between the warehouse and boutique via STO.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock levels.
• Conduct regular physical and cycle counts to validate stock vs system data.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and submit monthly inventory listing to Merchandise Manager and Accounting on the first working day of each month.
• Liaise with IT to resolve SAP data issues.

Job description

The Inventory Supervisor oversees the accuracy, control, and integrity of inventory across all locations (in-store and off-site warehouse). The role is responsible for managing inventory records, supervising stock movements, conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts, and ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures. The position also coordinates closely with warehouse, merchandising, and store teams to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and support efficient merchandise flow and business operations.

YOU WILL

• Perform the creation of articles, Purchase Orders (POs), and Purchase Info Records (PIRs) in SAP, including maintenance of batch-managed articles.

• Maintain and update sales prices in the system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely implementation.

• Process and monitor stock movements between the warehouse and the boutique through Stock Transport Orders (STO), ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring stock levels are consistently monitored, tracked, and reported.

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to validate the accuracy of actual stocks versus system data.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical counts and recorded inventory levels, collaborating with warehouse, boutique, and relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare and submit the monthly inventory listing to the Merchandise Manager and Accounting team every first working day of the month.

• Liaise with IT and technical support teams to resolve SAP data issues and system problems.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE

• A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail operations.
