Job summary

Scpa in Dagupan, Philippines is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to monitor inventory levels of raw materials and ensure availability for production. You'll track stock movement and utilize systems like NetSuite and WMS in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and factory supplies to ensure availability for production.
• Track stock movement, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process transfer orders, receipts, and inventory transactions using systems such as NetSuite and WMS.
• Coordinate shipments of materials with branches, logistics, and external partners.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Monitor critical stock levels and support forecasting and replenishment of materials.
• Report inventory issues, damaged goods, and discrepancies to head office and relevant counterparts.
• Oversee proper storage and organization of warehouse materials and supplies.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain role
• Experience using inventory systems (e.g., NetSuite, WMS, SAP, or similar platforms) is an advantage
