Job summary

Container Bridge Philippines Inc. is seeking an Inventory Team Lead to oversee daily physical inventories and ensure accuracy between bin cards, SAP, and actual stock.

The role requires coordinating with clients for returns, handling discrepancies, and tagging Non-Conformity items with proper incident reports. Strong communication, FIFO implementation, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Over 2 years of experience as Inventory Team Lead in FMCG is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, preferably SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to operate office equipment (telephone, printer, fax).
• Implements FIFO or other inventory methods to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily physical inventory.
• Ensure bin card, SAP inventory and actual inventory are balanced.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and control access to records.
• Ensure items have more than 4 months before expiration.
• Tag and report Non-Conformity items with Incident Reports.
• Coordinate returns and SAP entries for balances between SAP and floor quantities.
• Prepare inventory tagging prior to monthly counts.
• Assist client and audit representatives during monthly inventories.
• Check loading diagrams before supervisor approval.
• Evaluate performance and recommend actions for Checker, Forklift Operator, and Mano Helper.
• Perform other tasks necessary for operations.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily physical inventory

• Ensure Bin card, SAP inventory and actual inventory are balance

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and control access to records

• Ensure all items in the storage has more than 4 months’ gap before expiration dates

• Ensure all items in the Non-Conformity Area has its respective Incident Report and tagging

• Coordinate with client the following but not limited to;

• 1.1 the return of Non-conforming products to source
• 1.2 Dropping in SAP of unreturnable Bad Orders
• 1.3 Other necessary actions limited to client’s authorization in SAP to balance inventory between SAP quantity and actual quantity on floor.

• Submission of Incident report to Sources. Prepare inventory tagging prior to monthly inventory count

• Assist client and audit representative in conducting monthly physical inventory

• Check loading diagrams filled out by Checkers prior to Supervisor approval

• Evaluate work performance by Checker, Forklift Operator and Mano Helper; and recommend appropriate further actions

• Perform other tasks deemed necessary for the operation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, or related field.

• At least more than 2 years of experience as Inventory Team Lead in FMCG Industry is an advantage.

• Written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with inventory management software system preferably knowledge in SAP

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

• Able to operate various kind of office equipment (telephone, printer, fax etc.)

• Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or other inventory management methods to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and record keeping.
