C and C Platinum Trading Corporation is seeking an Inventory Specialist to monitor stock across warehouses, stores, and e-commerce channels. You will ensure accuracy, lead cycle counts, and coordinate with Warehouse, Merchandising, and Operations to prevent stockouts and discrepancies.
Responsibilities include tracking stock in the system, maintaining 100% accuracy, tagging and labeling, preparing documents, and producing routine inventory reports.
The Inventory Specialist ensures accurate stock monitoring across all warehouses, retail stores, and e-commerce channels. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, stock movement recording, cycle counts, and coordination with Warehouse, Merchandising, and Operations to avoid stockouts, pilferage, and discrepancies.
Track, record, and update all incoming and outgoing stocks in the system.
Monitor stock levels daily and alert teams for low, critical, or fast-moving items.
Maintain 100% accuracy between physical stocks and system inventory (FGs, testers, packaging, and materials).
Ensure proper SKU tagging, barcoding, and product labeling.
Prepare and verify documents for receiving, transfers, returns, pull-outs, and adjustments.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Retail teams for timely stock movement.
Validate store replenishment requests and ensure completeness of documents.
Lead regular cycle counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and annual physical inventory.
Investigate variances and provide reports with root cause analysis and action plans.
Work closely with Accounting for reconciling discrepancies.
Work with Merchandising for sell-through updates and fast-moving products.
Coordinate with Operations for store needs, transfers, and returns.
Support E-Commerce Team for order accuracy and fulfillment monitoring.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports (stock movement, variances, fast-moving items, aging stocks).
Provide data-driven insights for replenishment and purchasing decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least 1-3 years experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge in MS Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
Familiar with inventory systems (ERP/WMS) is an advantage.
High attention to detail, organized, and proactive.
Willing to visit stores/warehouse when needed.
