Validate and execute inventory adjustments (posting in the system) based on daily and quarterly wall-to-wall inventory cycle counts
Ensure adjustments are properly documented and approved in accordance with company policies
Monitor SAP balances to ensure inventory levels and cost of goods sold (COGS) are accurate and complete
Validate returned items in the warehouse to ensure proper recording, classification, and reconciliation
Generate, prepare, and analyze inventory-related reports, including inventory in-transit reports, quarantine inventory reports, near-expiry inventory reports, and bad order reports
Prepare ad hoc inventory and reconciliation reports as requested by management
Ensure inventory processes comply with company policies and audit requirements
Maintain accurate documentation for adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting
Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce, or any equivalent field
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory management, inventory audit, or financial reporting
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong Excel skills preferred
Familiarity with SAP ERP is an advantage
Strong analytical and organizational skills
