Inventory Specialist – Job Responsibilities
- Submit replenishment orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all inventory items, products, and supplies.
- Conduct regular stock verification by checking actual inventory against the NetSuite system.
- Report discrepancies in inventory records to the Team Manager/Leader and assist in reconciliation.
- Receive deliveries and verify items against purchase documentation. Submit farm-in requests and secure permits in CDC and Customs for items for delivery.
- Perform asset tagging for fixed assets and newly delivered equipment.
- Organize inventory in the stockroom according to company standards.
- Ensure the stockroom remains clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Inspect stock regularly and report defective, damaged, or inconsistent items immediately.
- Prepare and submit reports for defective or expired merchandise for return processing.
- Prepare and maintain the monthly report of faulty items.
- Prepare requested items and labels for endorsement to the IT Team.
- Receive PC sets returned from resigned and disengaged staff.
- Prepare the Product Issuance Slip (PIS) for deployment of item requests, staff activations, returns, and weekly hub supplies.
- Manage Ubertickets for daily operational item requests.
- Prepare uniforms for new hires and manage uniform reissuance for existing staff.
- Maintain accuracy of NetSuite records.
- Achieve monthly KPIs.
- Forward delivery receipts and sales invoices to the Purchasing Team for documentation and processing.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Manager / Team Leader.
Qualifications and Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2years experiencein the field.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate preferably business course, computer science, industrialengineeror any related course
SOFTWARE:
- Proficiency in Fixed Asset Management software and tools.
- Excel and Powerpoint proficient
PERSONALITY MATCH/SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
