Job summary

Chromaesthetics Inc in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee planning, control, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory across warehouses. You will maintain system integrity in ERP/WMS and lead process improvements.

You will supervise warehouse staff, ensure FIFO/FEFO, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance to optimize costs and accuracy. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential to generate dashboards and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS inventory systems; NetSuite WMS is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment, aging, and inventory movements.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems and ensure data integrity.
• Generate inventory reports and dashboards using advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Supervise warehouse and inventory personnel and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Monitor inventory KPIs, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with audit, safety, and internal control requirements.
• Lead process improvements, SOP development, and team training.
