Chromaesthetics Inc in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee planning, control, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory across warehouses. You will maintain system integrity in ERP/WMS and lead process improvements.
You will supervise warehouse staff, ensure FIFO/FEFO, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance to optimize costs and accuracy. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential to generate dashboards and insights.
The Inventory Manager oversees inventory planning, control, reconciliation, reporting, and warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, cost optimization, and system integrity.
Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
Monitor stock levels, replenishment, aging, and inventory movements.
Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems and ensure data integrity.
Generate inventory reports and dashboards using advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams.
Supervise warehouse and inventory personnel and ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices.
Monitor inventory KPIs, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with audit, safety, and internal control requirements.
Lead process improvements, SOP development, and team training.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Accounting, or related field.
3–5 years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
At least 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
Experience with ERP/WMS inventory systems required; NetSuite (Oracle) WMS is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and reporting.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
