Job summary

CHIC CENTRE CORPORATION is seeking an Inventory Management professional to ensure fullgoods and RPM inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and maintain precise system balances. The role covers monthly variance reporting, reconciliation, and timely posting of transactions.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in inventory management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP/Netsuite plus MS Office tools, including Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience specializing in Inventory Management or its equivalent.
• With analytical skills and keen to details.
• With extensive knowledge in analysis of inventory transactions and reports to identify deficiencies and variances.
• Knowledgeable in SAP/Netsuite & MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Should possess expertise in MS Vertical Look up (VLOOKUP).
• A multi-task with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% Inventory Record Accuracy on both Fullgoods & RPM.
• Ensures performance of the cycle count.
• Ensures accurate and timely updates of System inventory balance
• Responsible for reconciliation of Monthly Inventory Variance Report.
• Responsible for preparation of Monthly Inventory related reports.
• Cycle count, Monthly count and Year-end count
• Ensures all transactions are posted in the system and vice versa
• Reconciles all variances within the set timelines
• Validates the source and reason of variance s of all transactions in the system

Main Responsibilities

Detailed Tasks

• Encodes Inventory documents such as Incoming shipments, Finish Goods Receiving Report (FGRR), Stock Transfer Advise (STA), padded Delivery Receipt (DR), etc. to Netsuite.
• Summarizes count result, validates variances to physical documents and analyses inventory movement.
• Reconciles Inventory Variances together with Warehouse Officers and makes necessary adjustments.
• Monitors Critical and Out of Stocks at FG Warehouse and emails concerned Parties (Production and Sales)
• Check unserved orders and Prepares Out of Stocks Report.
• Prepares NPR Distribution Report.
• Accounts and files all pertinent inventory related documents.
• Other task that maybe assigned by the Management.

Work Experience Requirements/ Other Special Qualification

1. With 1-2 years experience specializing in Inventory Management or its equivalent.

2. Must be knowledgeable in Inventory Management. With Analytical skills and must be keen to details.

3. With extensive knowledge in the analysis of inventory transactions and reports to identify process, system and tracing of deficiencies and variances.

4. Knowledgeable in SAP/Netsuite & MS Office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Should possess expertise in MS Vertical Look up (VLOOKUP) function.

5. A multi-task with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different levels in the organization.
