The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management and control of all stock items. This role involves monitoring stock levels, maintaining records, conducting inventory audits, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records


• Receive, check, and record incoming and outgoing items


• Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts


• Ensure proper storage and labeling of stocks


• Prepare inventory reports and update system records


• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams


• Identify discrepancies and report them immediately


• Perform data entry and tracking using Microsoft Excel


• Willing to work on shifting schedules or extended hours

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related or logistics course (preferred)


• At least 1 year of experience in inventory (preferred but not required)


• Knowledgeable in inventory systems and MS Excel


• Familiar with stock control procedures (FIFO, stock counting, etc.)


• Detail-oriented and highly organized
