Responsibilities

• Begin with the candidate list in Greenhouse; compare pending bookings with recruiters' available slots.
• Call candidates via Dialpad; introduce yourself and explain why you are calling before discussing interview plans.
• Ask brief questions about interest and availability; write clear answers for the recruiter.
• Offer suitable interview choices through Google Calendar; book the candidate's chosen slot without calendar clashes.
• Read back the interview date and time before ending each call; ensure candidate understands how to attend.
• Send short reminders before interviews using approved wording; explain the next steps and answer recruiter notes.
• Call candidates again if the candidate or recruiter cannot attend; find another suitable slot and share revised details.
• Record each call result and booking after the conversation; keep candidate stages current for recruiters.

Start your day by matching the assigned candidate list with open interview slots on recruiters' calendars. As an Interview Booking Specialist, you call candidates, check their interest, and help them choose an interview time. Your work comes from candidates waiting for interviews and recruiters sharing their available calendar slots. Your goal is to keep bookings accurate and make the next step easy for each candidate. A recruiting team lead provides guidance when plans change or questions need further help. You will work from home in this fully remote, phone-based role. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
