Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in internal sales, lead generation, or related business development roles.
• Proven experience in B2B solution prospecting and securing new business sales.
• Must meet strict outbound KPIs (high-volume cold calling, lead conversion).
• Proficient in tracking sales metrics and updating CRM records.
• Strong focus on administrative accuracy and policy compliance.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business opportunities and manage incoming leads via research, digital sourcing, and daily cold-calling.
• Maintain and defend relationships with local and national customers across Hospitality, Heaters, Industrial, and LPG markets.
• Hit monthly sales targets and internal KPIs, including daily/monthly cold calls, lead generation, and new customer acquisitions.
• Manage multiple sales inboxes, track weekly/monthly metrics, and ensure CRM records and Gas Supply Agreements are up to date.
• Adhere to safety rules, participate in risk assessments, and report hazards to maintain a safe workplace.
