MicroSourcing is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to drive consultative sales, qualify prospects, and close deals from the Harton Corporate Centre in Parañaque. This onsite night-shift role emphasizes high-volume call handling and precise CRM data entry, with the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell services.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in consultative sales, a background in logistics or related fields is a plus, and familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven performance history; proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clear phone articulation.
• Proficient in navigating CRM systems and MS Office for prospect management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply consultative sales techniques to meet and exceed targets daily, weekly and monthly.
• Conduct inbound and outbound sales conversations to qualify prospects and close deals.
• Cross-sell and upsell add-on services based on customer requirements.
• Use product knowledge to address prospect questions and highlight optimal solutions.
• Track sales pipelines and outcomes accurately in CRM and databases.
• Manage high call volumes while maintaining detailed customer interaction records.
