Job summary

Union Motor Corporation is seeking an Insurance Supervisor to oversee the Insurance Department, drive sales growth, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team, supervise staff, review policy applications, coordinate with finance and sales, and implement process improvements to optimize premiums and commissions.

Qualifications

• Candidate must demonstrate 100% compliance with reporting deadlines and standards.
• Ability to supervise and mentor employees.
• Experience in financial monitoring and premium allocation control.
• Ability to implement process improvements and conduct internal audits.
• Awareness of operational, environmental, and occupational risk identification procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of mandatory reports to management and verify accuracy and completeness before submission
• Maintain proper documentation for all reports and financial records with 100% compliance with reporting deadlines and standards
• Review and approve insurance policy applications and renewals
• Monitor the performance of Insurance Agents, Clerks and Registration Coordinators and assess process efficiency
• Supervise, mentor, and develop employees in the Insurance and Registration Departments
• Set performance targets and regularly assess employee efficiency
• Ensure timely disbursement of commissions to insurance sales representatives
• Monitor sales representative performance and incentive allocations
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Enforce company SOPs and operational workflows to maintain efficiency
