UNION MOTOR CORPORATION Group of Companies in Manila is seeking an Insurance Supervisor responsible for managing the Insurance Department’s operations, ensuring sales growth, compliance, and timely remittances. The role focuses on revenue optimization and regulatory adherence while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The candidate will oversee policy applications, renewals, and staff development, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to ensure 100% compliance with reporting deadlines and standards.
• Ability to supervise and mentor employees in a team environment.
• Experience in financial monitoring and premium allocation control.
• Ability to implement process improvements and conduct internal audits.
• Awareness of risk identification procedures (operational, environmental, occupational).

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of mandatory reports to management and verify accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain proper documentation for all reports and financial records with 100% compliance with reporting deadlines and standards.
• Review and approve insurance policy applications and renewals.
• Monitor the performance of Insurance Agents, Clerks and Registration Coordinators and assess process efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop employees in the Insurance and Registration Departments.
• Set performance targets and regularly assess employee efficiency.
• Ensure timely disbursement of commissions to insurance sales representatives.
• Monitor sales representative performance and incentive allocations.
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce company SOPs and operational workflows to maintain efficiency.
