• Review profiles and suggest resume improvements.
• Address hiring needs and promote company's platform candidates and services.
• Schedule interviews and submit qualified candidates regularly.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients.
• Handle basic objections and negotiations within defined parameters
