vamasters, Inc. is seeking an energetic inside sales professional to turn quotes into booked jobs across our multi-location home services business. You will follow up quickly by phone and text, manage CRM data, monitor campaigns, and report on performance.

Confidence communicating with US customers and a results-driven mindset are essential. You'll analyze lead sources, track revenue, and help improve customer loyalty while balancing multiple locations.

Formación

• Proven inside sales or lead-follow-up with conversion track record.
• Excellent English, confident with US customers.
• Strong CRM usage and reporting skills.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on quotes and opportunities via phone and text to close sales.
• Manage CRM activity logging and reporting.
• Monitor ads/campaigns; analyze revenue and lead sources.
• Review reports on revenue, locations, services, lead sources, conversions, and cancellations.
• Engage on social platforms and respond to inquiries.
