vamasters, Inc. is seeking an organized Sales Support Assistant to keep our lead pipeline active after trade shows and networking events. You’ll add new contacts to our CRM, run email follow-up campaigns, and make friendly calls to qualify interest.

You’ll thrive in a role where you are dependable, comfortable on the phone, and eager to take on more as our needs grow. You’ll collaborate with sales and marketing teams, help with event prep, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and CRM management.
• Experience building and sending email campaigns.
• Clear, confident spoken English and ability to make outbound calls.
• Strong written English for professional emails.
• Organized, dependable, and proactive.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Add contacts from collected business cards to the CRM and sort them into event-based categories.
• Build and schedule multi-week email drip campaigns using content from our team.
• Track email responses and record every reply and update in the CRM.
• Call leads to check their fit and ask a few quick qualifying questions.
• Offer interested leads a free property quote and hand them to our team for next steps.
• Follow a set outreach schedule of email, call, bi-weekly follow-ups, and monthly check-ins.
• Keep lead records clean, accurate, and current after every campaign.
• Research and put together new lead lists on LinkedIn and other platforms as the role grows.
• Pitch in on other admin work such as onboarding documents, flyers, presentations, and general office support
