Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Renew customers and manage renewals in the Book of Business.
• Generate upsell opportunities and improve forecast accuracy.
• Engage with customers to verify user experience and pain points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for a positive experience.
• Meet sales team objectives and deliver value-led proposals.
