Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years in college
• At least 2 years of Inside Sales/Account Management experience in a corporate/B2B environment
• Strong communication and listening skills; able to work independently and in a team
• Experience in a corporate/B2B sales environment preferred
• Able to communicate across global locations and teams with influence
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow defined processes
• Strong time management skills
• Enthusiastic and creative with customer focus
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• CRM experience is a plus
• English essential; Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing book of business and renew contracts
• Meet sales objectives including retention, upsell, and pipeline generation
• Engage with customers to verify user experience and identify pain points
• Drive value-led proposals and collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Handle other duties as assigned
