Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture in Manila is seeking an Account Associates role focused on maximizing renewal revenue for the Digital segment. You'll support Expansion Account Executives by preparing pre-call briefs, handling renewals paperwork, and automating repeatable tasks.

Based in Manila, three days per week in the office, you will diagnose renewal inefficiencies, forecast renewal data, and drive expansion opportunities through product and commercial levers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering renewals in a high-volume SaaS environment.
• Ability to document processes clearly for a systems team.
• Strong written and spoken English for customer-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal cycle for a digital accounts book.
• Be the single point of renewal support for Expansion Account Executives in your region.
• Prevent and resolve failed renewals, billing breakdowns and blockers.
• Maintain accurate and timely forecasting renewal data.
• Restore Account Executive selling capacity by automating processes.
• Surface expansion indicators and leverage new products during renewal.
