Job summary

Concentrix Philippines in Makati is seeking a motivated Specialist, Sales Renewals/Account Management to manage renewals, retention, and account success for existing B2B clients. This entry-level role focuses on delivering customer success services and building long-term partnerships.

You will lead renewal processes, collaborate with sales, product, and CSS teams, and design strategies to hit targets within existing accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales experience in a BPO/Offshore setting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
B2B experience preferred only.
Post-Sales (Retention, Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management) experience preferred only.
High school graduate (Bachelor's degree is not required).
Willing to work night shifts and amenable to work in Makati.

Responsibilities

Renewals & Retention: Manage and execute timely renewal processes for existing accounts.
Customer Success Services (CSS): Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver experience-enhancing solutions.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with medium enterprise clients.
Sales Strategies: Develop strategic plans to hit sales targets and expand the customer base within existing accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, product, and customer success teams for seamless service delivery.
Reporting & Analysis: Track renewal performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
