• Able to explain through diagrams/illustrations.
• Effective verbal communication; explains complex ideas using simple terms and analogies.
• Able to perform thorough analysis/investigation to determine event triggers and scenarios.
• Can assemble pieces of information to form a cohesive analysis.
• Can read logs and interpret them meaningfully.
• Meticulous with attention to detail.
