Job description

• Serves as a senior representative interacting directly with executive leadership
• Punctual - needs to be onsite everday following CB core hours; flexible - sometimes need to do OT, shifting or weekend work as needed
• Well-rounded - understands various Infra (e.g. network, middleware, servers, etc)
• Analytic/Logical thinking - can do thorough analysis/investigation to determine event triggers and scenarios; can put together pieces of information to formulate a conclusive and cohesive analysis; can read logs and interprets them meaningfully
• Data-driven / Detail-oriented - uses data in analysis; seeks trends/patterns; able to confirm/validate findings using data; uses AI and other tools to get/validate information; meticulous and has attention to details
• Presentation skills - able to explain through diagrams/illustrations; can communicate verbally effectively (explaining complex ideas/terminologies in simpler terms; uses analogy)
