MicroSourcing is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of business projects for our clients in a dynamic environment. You will manage scope, budget, schedules, and stakeholder engagement while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve strategic outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, financial oversight, and adherence to internal methodologies, with opportunities to mentor junior PMs and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in project management with a proven delivery track record.
• Experience supporting large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor-level qualification in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects for customers within scope, budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on large initiatives and provide planning and reporting support.
• Engage stakeholders and build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Prepare status updates, executive reports and project documentation.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures and address cost overruns through approved changes.
