Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig is seeking a Project Coordinator to support governance, procurement, financial tracking, and stakeholder alignment across product lifecycles. You will handle end-to-end procurement, develop work instructions for 5G, eSIM, API Connect and WDM, and coordinate with HR for onboarding.

The role requires experience with Jira/Confluence and Excel, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery. This onsite, dayshift position offers growth within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, IT or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Excel with understanding of Agile/Waterfall.
• Experience in governance, reporting and procurement support within a project environment.
• Experience in writing Work Instructions with on-site Business Analysts and Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise product development and operations ensuring governance, procurement, financial tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• End-to-end procurement lifecycle including documentation, workflow submission, PO creation, goods receipt validation, and invoice reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain work instructions for multiple products including 5G, eSIM, API Connect, and WDM.
• Weekly and monthly reporting, timesheet tracking, compliance, and stakeholder reporting.
• Facilitate ceremonies as Junior Scrum Master support and assist with cost analysis and reporting.
• Manage communications, dashboards, onboarding approvals, and cross-team collaboration.

Your Role

Supports enterprise product development and operations ensuring governance, procurement, financial tracking, and stakeholder alignment across product lifecycle.

As a Project Coordinator, you will

• Procurement & Purchasing Management: end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle including documentation, workflow submission, PO creation, goods receipt validation, and invoice reconciliation.
• Operational Work Instructions Development: develop and maintain work instructions for multiple products including 5G, eSIM, API Connect, and WDM ensuring standardized delivery processes.
• Time‑sheeting & Capitalisation Oversight: weekly and monthly reporting, timesheet tracking, compliance, and stakeholder reporting.
• Junior Scrum Master Support (Jira & Confluence competency): facilitate ceremonies, track risks/actions, maintain delivery governance, support cost analysis and reporting.
• Distribution List & Stakeholder Coordination: manage communications, dashboards, onboarding approvals, and cross‑team collaboration.
• Workforce Onboarding Governance: oversight and coordination with HR and talent acquisition.
• Business Readiness Testing / UAT support: coordinate testing activities and stakeholder sign‑offs.
• Support onshore Business Analyst on requirement gathering & process design.
• Financial Reporting & Ad hoc support: prepare reports and assist with ad‑hoc financial data.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, IT or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in project tools (JIRA, Confluence, Excel) and understanding of Agile/Waterfall delivery.
• Experience in governance, reporting, and financial/procurement support within a project environment.
• Experience in writing Work Instructions, supported by on‑site Business Analysts and Product Managers.
