The role requires 3+ years in industrial HVAC sales, strong English, and the ability to manage long-term regional development and key customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years professional sales experience in industrial HVAC / central air conditioning / refrigeration equipment industry
• Familiar with Southeast Asia local resources: industrial end-customers, factories, EPC contractors or local HVAC engineering channels
• Familiar with industrial chiller, air-cooled unit, precision air conditioner and industrial temperature control system application and project business logic
• Fluent in English for daily and business negotiation, capable of independent overseas client communication
• Able to reside long-term in Southeast Asia, strong target-driven, self-management and market development capability
• College degree or above, with stable professional background and good business integrity

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage the Philippine local market for industrial chillers, central air conditioners, and HVAC system solutions
• Utilize EPC contractors, engineering & channel resources to explore new projects
• Manage full sales cycle including quotations, negotiations, bidding, contracts and order follow-up
• Build and maintain local dealer and agent channels to expand market share
• Collect market information and provide regular analysis and sales optimization suggestions
