Job summary

PHILIPPINE ENERGY REFRIGERATION TECHNOLOGY INC. is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth in cold storage, refrigeration, and energy-efficient thermal solutions. You will manage client relationships, develop technical designs and proposals, and support projects from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering or refrigeration background and can handle the full sales cycle from initial contact to project completion, including site visits and presentations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration/HVAC, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or project-related experience.
• Background in cold storage, refrigeration, chillers, HVAC, or industrial equipment.
• Any level of CAD proficiency and able to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B clients across cold storage, cold chain logistics, food processing and retrofit projects.
• Prepare system layouts and technical designs using CAD and evaluate client requirements.
• Identify opportunities and coordinate with internal teams during design, installation, and commissioning.
• Present solutions and address technical and commercial inquiries from clients.
