Job summary

Asia Select, Inc. is seeking a field-based Technical Sales Engineer to drive growth in compressed air systems and related equipment within a defined territory.

You will leverage deep technical knowledge and consultative selling to identify customer needs and present optimal solutions. The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency with CRM and MS Office, and willingness to travel extensively to client sites and training events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years in technical sales or related roles.
• Experience selling industrial equipment, compressors, machinery, or automation systems.
• Strong technical and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent English communication; willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for compressed air systems and related products within the territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via prospecting, field visits, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to generate sales opportunities.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend equipment configurations and value-added solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical/commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and support.
• Monitor project execution and perform site visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organize seminars and technical trainings to boost brand visibility.
