Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience in technical sales or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Willing to conduct field visits and travel to customer locations.
• Must be willing to learn new products, technologies, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Visit customers and conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial and pneumatic equipment.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
• Provide technical explanations and product information to customers.
• Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, deliveries, and after-sales concerns.
• Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and potential projects.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
