Job summary

Acesite (Phils) Hotel Corporation in Davao City seeks an experienced Auditor to perform revenue audit procedures across F&B, rooms, and related accounting processes. You will verify support documents, system records, and reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data for the hotel.

Responsibilities include auditing F&B cashiering, room revenue, administration, and records management, with emphasis on detail, trustworthiness, and knowledge of FO and POS systems within a hospitality

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• At least three (3) years of working experience in auditing procedures, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Good grasp of the FO and POS operations and the hotel operations in general.
• Literacy on computer operations, preferably on Front Office (FO) and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
• Keen on details and trustworthy.

Responsible for performing audit procedures on reported revenues as reflected in support documents, systems records and other pertinent reports WITHIN THE LIMITS OF generally acceptable auditing procedures and established guidelines, standards and procedures of the Hotel IN ORDER TO control, validate, address and process procedural irregularities necessary to ensure accuracy and integrity of information supplied for financial books and records.
