Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking a meticulous Revenue Auditor to ensure accuracy of hotel revenues across Rooms, F&B, and other income streams. You will daily audit income, verify PMS/POS transactions, and reconcile cash, credit cards, and other payments.

You will prepare routine revenue and reconciliation reports, enforce internal controls, and coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years in hotel accounting, income audit, night audit, cost control or related functions.
• Experience with hotel PMS/POS and accounting systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with financial reports and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hotel revenue and accounting procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily income audit of hotel revenues from Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other income sources.
• Review and verify Night Audit reports, PMS/POS transactions, cashier reports, and daily revenue reports.
• Reconcile hotel revenue, cash collections, credit card transactions, and other payment channels.
• Check room rates, discounts, complimentary rooms, voids, refunds, allowances, and adjustments for proper authorization and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between PMS, POS, cashier, and accounting records.
• Monitor compliance with established accounting policies, internal controls, and hotel procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue audit and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Accounting regarding revenue discrepancies and adjustments.
• Assist in cost audit, accounts receivable, and other accounting-related functions when required.
• Maintain accurate and organized audit records and supporting documents.
