Private Advertiser in Makati seeks an Hotel Income Auditor to verify and audit daily hotel revenue across Front Office, F&B, Banquets, Spa, and other departments. You will ensure all transactions are supported and compliant with policies.

You will review reports, reconcile against system records, and prepare key financial reports while coordinating with departments to explain discrepancies. This role requires strong numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, accounting systems, and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to identify discrepancies and irregular transactions.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and verify all daily hotel revenue transactions from Front Office, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Spa, Recreation, and other operating departments.
• Review daily revenue reports, cashier summaries, POS transactions, room charges, discounts, rebates, complimentary transactions, and adjustments for accuracy.
• Reconcile daily sales and revenue reports against system records, cashier reports, credit card settlements, and other documents.
• Verify room revenue, occupancy, room rates, room upgrades, discounts, packages, and complimentary rooms against approved records.
• Audit Food & Beverage sales including restaurant, bar, banquet, room service, and other outlets.
• Check proper recording and authorization of voids, cancellations, discounts, rebates, allowances, complimentary items, and adjustments.
• Verify cash, credit card, online payment, bank transfer, and other payment transactions and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Revenue Report, Income Audit Report, and other financial reports.
• Investigate revenue discrepancies and coordinate with departments for explanations and documents.
• Monitor proper cut-off and posting of daily transactions to ensure revenues are recorded on the correct business date.
