Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking an experienced Inbound Warehouse Manager to monitor inbound workflows, report anomalies, and implement preventive measures to reduce risk while ensuring tasks meet KPI targets.

You will develop contingency plans for bulk arrivals, optimize staffing and equipment during peak periods, uphold SOPs, and lead a 50+ person team with a focus on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, Logistics Management preferred.
• 3+ years in e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control.
• Proficient in WMS software.
• Strong data accuracy and detail-oriented work.
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience leading 50+ personnel.
• Mandarin (Chinese) highly preferred.
• Willing to be assigned to Ibaan, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound workflow, report anomalies, and implement preventive measures.

• Implement and refine SOPs and workflow standards to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure inbound tasks meet KPI targets.
