Job summary

Shopee Manila is seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to manage end-to-end warehousing and retail operations. You will oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch while ensuring SLA adherence and high productivity. Lead, train and coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams, maintain compliance, and generate MIS reports.

The role requires strong leadership, fast-paced mindset, and bilingual communication (English + Tagalog). Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Good leadership and team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Basic computer knowledge with Excel, WMS and Email.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts and shrinkage control.
• Lead, train and manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports on manpower, productivity, inventory and costs.
