Job summary

Shopee Manila invites an experienced Inventory/Inbound Operations Manager to oversee daily inbound operations, allocate manpower, and monitor KPIs. You will lead teams, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and implement cost controls to ensure efficient receiving processes.

The role requires at least 3 years in ecommerce warehouse management, strong data accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel and WMS. Mandarin language skills are highly preferred and leadership of 50+ personnel is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; major in Logistics Management preferred.
• At least 3 years in ecommerce warehouse management or inventory control.
• Proficient in ecommerce warehouse operations and WMS software.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: Plan daily inbound operations, allocate manpower, control progress, and oversee on-site execution.
• Exception Monitoring: Monitor inbound workflow, report anomalies, and implement preventive measures.
• Peak Volume Handling: Develop contingency plans for bulk arrivals and mass inbound shipments; optimize personnel/equipment allocation.
• Process Optimization: Implement/refine warehouse policies, SOPs, and workflow standards to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• KPI Achievement: Ensure inbound tasks meet KPI targets and are completed on schedule.
• Team Development: Lead inbound team-building and mentorship to build a talent pipeline.
• Cost Control: Manage costs across all inbound stages to minimize expenses.
