Job summary

Shopee in Bulacan is seeking an experienced Inbound Supervisor to oversee the inbound process and team, ensuring KPI attainment and timely processing of deliveries. You will manage schedules, ensure staffing with skilled personnel, and drive continuous SOP improvements for efficiency and productivity.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, supervisory experience (direct and agency staff), and a solid background in warehousing operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2–5 years in ecommerce, logistics or warehousing.
Experience supervising direct and agency staff.
Strong ownership and operational discipline.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound process and team to meet KPI targets.
Manage schedule and attendance of all employees.
Ensure staffing with skilled manpower and develop for future challenges.
Improve SOPs to drive efficiency and productivity.
Ensure deliveries are received, checked, and endorsed to next process within timelines.
Notify departments when non-conformance or shortages occur.
Ensure transfers are processed on arrival into warehouse.
Provide reports to Warehouse Lead for performance reporting.
