Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Functional Lead for SCommerce to oversee inventory processes, lead the team, and ensure KPI achievement in a Manila-based on-site role. The incumbent will drive space optimization, SOP-driven operations, and accurate data reporting to support efficient fulfillment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years in e-commerce/logistics, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with MS Excel and WMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years in e-commerce, logistics or warehousing.
• Strong ownership and operational discipline.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory experience with direct and agency staff.
• Detail-oriented with process-improvement background.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Applications.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inventory process and KPI targets.
• Manage the schedule and attendance of all employees.
• Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower.
• Optimize storage and picking locations with SOPs.
• Control inventory levels by supervising counts and reconciling data.
• Lead replenishment and rack transfer; manage aging inventory.
• Notify departments of non-conformance or shortages/overages.
• Ensure transfers are processed upon arrival.
• Provide reports to Warehouse Lead for performance reporting.
