Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative (Senior) in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. This hybrid role requires working night shifts and aligning with U.S. Eastern Time.

You will convert qualified inbound inquiries into customers, qualify opportunities, coordinate pricing, and deliver a professional first impression. You will respond to leads, maintain CRM records, prepare approved quotes, and collaborate with Operations, Billing, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in inbound sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong consultative questioning skills and the ability to understand customer requirements and identify appropriate service solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally with US business customers.
• Strong telephone and written communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn service offerings, pricing rules, and serviceability requirements.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, website inquiries, referrals, marketing campaigns, and other leads.
• Qualify prospects by assessing location, facility type, waste streams, pickup frequency, volume, and contracts.
• Identify needs involving regulated medical waste, sharps, pharmaceutical waste, hazardous waste, universal waste, shredding, mail-back services, or training.
• Refer questions to Compliance personnel as needed.
• Confirm service footprint and obtain Operations approval for nonstandard requests.
• Prepare quotes and proposals using approved pricing and contracts.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.
• Coordinate onboarding handoffs with Customer Service, Operations, Billing, and Implementation.
• Represent services accurately and avoid unapproved commitments on dates or pricing.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and share market feedback with Sales/Marketing.
• Assist with data entry and administrative projects as needed.
