Job summary

Sprint Labs is seeking a Business Development Representative (Inbound Leads) to handle inquiries from owners and hiring managers, build rapport, and move opportunities through the pipeline to vetted candidate shortlists. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines.

You’ll engage with business leaders across Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, and the UK, conduct needs analyses, and coordinate with our talent team to present strong shortlists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or client-facing roles within a BPO or offshoring company in the Philippines.
• Excellent spoken and written English for video calls with business owners and hiring managers.
• Consultative approach with strong listening and question-asking skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all incoming leads promptly and professionally across email, LinkedIn, and video calls.
• Build rapport with business owners and managers in AU, NZ, US, CA, and UK.
• Run needs analysis calls to understand roles, budget, timezone, and context.
• Work with the talent team to present shortlists matched to client open roles.
• Keep the CRM updated and ensure lead statuses are current.
• Hand over qualified opportunities to the Operations Manager for closing.
• Re-engage cold leads and support late-stage deals to move them forward.
